Pronation and Supination
What pronation is, is the medial rotation of the medial rotaion of the forearm and hand.
What pronation looks like, is having your palm face the ground, thats what pronation is.
The images in the bottom are what pronation looks like.
The definition of supination is the lateral rotation of the forearm and hand.
What supination looks like is having your palms facing the ceiling.
An examply would be if you are raising your arms out to your parents for money.
Below are a few examples of what supination looks like.
